6:15 HIIT (only 15 min - had dinner plans)
7:30 Meal 5: Filet/Sweet Potatos/Asparagus/1 Shrimp
11:00 Apple
Totals: 1513 cal/44g Fat/152g Carb/135g Protein
Total Deficit: 582

Also.. I need some instruction again on how you are able to calculate your caloric deficit, etc.
