8:00 Meal 4: PBJ/ww Bread
9:00 Meal 5: Pudding with Protein Powder/Banana

Totals: 1474 cal/47g Fat/139g Carb/138g Protein (This is a bit off for Protein Powder in Pudding and the creamer)
Total Deficit: 635 (based on 1.4 x BMR, I hope 4 hours of hiking qualifies...)
