Day 4 (June 7)
My legs are still killing me! Day 4 was supposed to be Plan C and some intervals. With lunch plans and pedi afterwork I am pushing it to Friday and will hit the gym on Saturday (we're finally in town for a weekend!
Meal 1: 2 Toast/Eggwhites
Meal 2: Chicken/Blackbeans/Grilled Veggies
Meal 3: Cottage Cheese/Romain Lettuce
Meal 4: Grileld Turkey/Zucchini/Sweet Potato/Mushrooms/Bell Peppers
Meal 5: 4 small tiny itsy bitsy bites of SF vanilla iceream. I fought the cravings hard so and those tiny little drops made me feel guilty so I threw it all out.
