meal 4: banana/whey protein shake/couple bites of grilled pork and chicken
still behind on meals but at least eating was good today!

no cardio - my legs totally feel like jellO
my hip still hurts pretty bad but I'm trying to work through it. May go spinning in the morning or hit the Arc.
Wedding update:
MY DRESS CAME IN TODAY!!!!!! Of course, it was supposed to be delivered to the office, instead it was sent to the house. That means I need to play phone tag and run around trying to schedule a pick-up for tonight. Pain in the butt!
