Meal 1: Oatmeal/Whey/Banana/Coffee (decaf)/SF Creamer
Meal 2: Ground Turkey/Black Beans/Turnip Greens (I love leftovers)
Meal 3: Zone Bar
Meal 4: Shredded Chicken/Cheese/onions/peppers/tomato/thin pizza crust
Is pizza that bad? We made it at home so there were NO hydrogenated oils or other bad items, it was heavy on the chicken, light on the cheese, and I SWEAR I only had two small pieces. WITH NO BEER! In general, the meals suck. I didn't eat the first one until 11:30 thanks to the dental appointment and crazy work day. Talk about crab-B!
