Looks good! You are lifting some serious weight girl! Although, I don't know how you make it through on such little fat. I eat alot of olive oil/Udo's/nuts b/c I find it keeps me satiated. Isn't "satiated" such a nice word? :)
Satiated was always used in the romance novels refering to sex...oils are that good, huh?
