Meal 1: RTD shake
Meal 2: Chicken/Asparagus
Meal 3: Chicken/Asparagus/Salad
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Yogurt/Whey
Not doing so well with the workouts yet again. Tomorrow I head to Ohio so I know I will not be doing anything more involved than walking. ugh!
On the flip side of that, it makes a difference simply to eat right. I finally did my measurements again. The woudl be even better if I hadn't screwed around for two months!
