egg and 1 slice ww high fiber toast
banana
EFL enchiladas
steel cut oats/raisins/apples
RTD shake
2 prtezle rods
Chicken/blue cheese/wild rice/red beans/zucchini
fiber one bar
banana
cranberry-blueberry juice


30 min of level one on the precor


It may not be much but it is a start!!! To top it off, I resisted the ledge full of chocolates and holiday treats that someone set out right between my desk and my nursing room. How rude! I had the catering staff move it to the kitchen on the other side of the building. After all, will power is only as strong as your ability to plan.
