30 weeks until the big day!
April 1 - Jun 23 is 12 weeks
Jun 14 - Sep 15 is 12 weeks
Sep 16 - Oct 27 is 6 weeks
My dress should be here around Jun 19 so my body has to make the most drastic changes between now and then to begin alterations to the dress.
I need the last 6 weeks to be maintenance ONLY meaning eat/drink whatever I want as long as I work out, otherwise I'll never make it through the shower and social shit!!!

Somehow I need to get fit and still go to NY (visit Karen in Apr), Chicago (visit Sara in May), Brussels (for Rob in May), Ohio (Bert's 30th in Jul), food tasting (Jun), and cake tasting (Jul)…all in the next 12 weeks!!!!!
I can do it. I am planning ahead. I am marking my free day's in advance. This way, I can easily say no to a beer on Friday night knowing that Saturday (or whatever day I chose) is coming and there are big things planned for it.
Free days are as follows:
April 7 - will need to drink heavily at Rob's family's house
April 14 - in NY and have every intention of eating NY Pizza and drinking beer
April 21 - we'll be at Al and Amy's this weekend and will most likely splurge on dinner and drinks Saturday night
May 2-6 is a toughy....I'll be in Brussles for about 5 days. I'm sure most meals will be healthy and I can easily get to the hotel gym while Rob is working but I can't say no to Belgium Chocolates!!!
May 12 - friends in for a concert. Should be a mild free day for me though, I usually play designated driver.
May 19 - in Chicago for the weekend and I promised Rob we would have Chicago Style pizza. I'm staying with my girlfriend who is on weight watchers so I'm sure she will support Fri and Sun being healthy days with lots of walking around the city.
Jun 6 - food tasting
I'm hoping to cut off the free days and the traveling there for a few weeks to finish the first challenge strong. The second challenge will have my friend's 30th celebration, food tasting and cake tasting all in the 3rd and 4th weeks and then it is tone tone tone. The harder I work on the first challenge, the less stress and anxiety I will have during the second. The harder I work on the first 24 weeks, the easier the last 6 weeks will be for me to get through. Those 6 weeks will be focused on leaning and toning and cleansing so I absolutely GLOW in my photos.
Well there is my plan. My Goals. Short term and mid term. In writing. Now it will be simple to follow.
